Students in this two-year program, offered at ACS Leysin campuses, take a selection of
both required and elective courses and participate in SIU's
internship program which gives them valuable practical
training. Courses include language instruction and practical
experience in food service, kitchen operations and
computerized front desk service.
Students who
completed the
Diploma in Hotel
Operational Management are eligible for direct
entry into the second year of this program.
This program is
equivalent to 2 years (First & Second year) of the BBA
International Hotel & Tourism Management with Hotel
Management Concentration.

INTERNSHIPS
ACS has its own placement office to assist students in
locating employers who will welcome them as interns. The
opportunities are numerous, however, successful placement
will depend on the motivational level, professionalism and
communication skills of the students. Internships will be in
hotels and restaurants and last up to 4 months. They will be
an integral part of the program. Internships serve as
excellent opportunities to gain valuable references as well
as serve as a foundation for a career in the hospitality
industry. Please note that Swiss law permits students to
work only during the official internship period.
