Hospitality and Culinary programs are designed to manage services and people in the food service, lodging, and tourism industry. Hospitality and Culinary management represents a wide range of industries in such areas as hotels / motels, restaurants, retailing, conventions, transportation, travel agencies, cultural industries, tourist attractions, tour companies, and leisure sports.

Hospitality Management programs includes courses in accounting, business administration, management, computer science, and public speaking to prepare for managerial positions in the hospitality industry. Culinary Management Programs includes gourmet cuisine, pastry & chocolate, restaurant service and similar courses to prepare for food & beverage service positions in hospitality industry.
