Paid Swiss Internships
Most of the Swiss schools have incorporated Internship as part of the programs although they are optional. These schools encourage students to opt for the internship since they provide valuable on the job training. Swiss Hospitality students are allowed to work in Switzerland equal number of terms they study as part of their program. For example, If the academic study term of a course is 6 months, students are allowed to work for another 6 months as part of their program subject to approval from the college. All Swiss hospitality programs have internship from 3 months to one year as part of their programs depending on the length of academic term.

Salary
Swiss employers pay a minimum wage of CHF 2000 to 2400 which is required by law. If they are provided accommodation and food, the employer may deduct approximately CHF 1000 for this and other expenses like insurance.
