This programme covers all operational subjects including Food and Beverage, Production and Service, Front Office and Housekeeping. It will especially benefit those students who are primarily in the practical aspects of the hotel and catering industry. It includes two 5 month academic terms and two 4-6 month internship.

  • Admission Requirements: Students must have successfully completed their high school diploma / Min. age: 17 years / TOEFL or IELTS

Progression: Suitably qualified may progress to the British BA (Hons) Degree in Hospitality & Tourism and a Swiss Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management

Paid Internship

The PGD in Hospitality Management includes an optional 4 - 6 months internship. (Salary CHF 2060 to 2450 per month)

Internships offer a unique opportunity to enhance both the acquired practical and language skills as students will normally do their internship either in the French or German speaking part of Switzerland. These skills are highly sought after in the hospitality industry.
