Management (DHM)
Duration: Eighteen to twenty-four months total:
twelve months (four academic terms) of classes, and
six to twelve months of
paid industry training.

option to continue studies toward a Bachelor's
Degree with one of DCT's educational partner
Universities
Duration:
Twenty-one to thirty months total : fifteen months
(five academic terms) of classes, and six to
fifteen months of
industry training, Successful
completion of DCT's ADHM program may be followed
by direct transfer to a Bachelor's Degree Program
may be followed by direct transfer to a Bachelor's
Degree program, normally requiring only an
additional nine to twelve months of studies.

Duration: Twelve months total: six months (two
academic terms) of classes, and six months of

industry training.
Eligibility : 3 or 4 year Bachelor's Degree

Tourism Science (GES)
Duration: twelve months total: six months (two
academic terms) of classes, and six months of
paid
industry training.
Eligibility : Diploma, Certificate or 2-year
Bachelor's Degree holders

Culinary Management (ADECM)
(Eligible for transfer credits
for further study, or for American Culinary
Federation Certification)
Duration:
Fifteen to eighteen months total : nine months of
studies and six to nine months of
industry
training. (Students with adequate, appropriate
culinary training or experience may apply to
complete the program in twelve months)

Professional Development Certificates
(Depending upon the student's personal interests,
career goals and prior culinary training and
experience, this program may include Foundation in
European Cuisine and/or European Gourmet Cuisine
and/or European Pastry & Chocolate.)
Duration: three to eighteen months, depending on
course(s) selected and length of optional
paid
industry training.
