The program is aimed for students with an interest in operational
aspects of hotel management. It includes Food and Beverage Service
Practical and French for beginners which are also prerequisite for
the 4-6 month internship completed in Switzerland.
Entry Requirement :
Bachelors Degree
or 3 years of
experience at supervisory level in any industry
Duration :
one year (5 month term plus 4-6 months paid internship)
