The Bachelor of Arts programme explores global food trends, culinary processes suitable for use on transport, international bakery and food and beverage styling and photography techniques. You will have the opportunity to apply theory, to practice and demonstrate innovation and creative skills in setting up and developing your own culinary concept as part of the final project.

Admission Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years of age or over, with 12 years of general education. Applicants with prior learning or work experience may also apply. A sound knowledge of spoken and written English is required; students who need to improve their English should enrol in the Undergraduate English Language Programme.
The Culinary Arts Foundation Degree programme and the Culinary Arts Bachelor degree programme are validated by Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) as authorized by the governing accreditation body in the United Kingdom.
