Diploma in Hotel
Operational Management - 2 years
This programme covers all
operational subjects including Food and Beverage,
Production and Service, Front Office and Housekeeping.
It will especially benefit those students who are
primarily in the practical aspects of the hotel and
catering industry. It includes two 5 month academic
terms and two 4-6 month internships.
Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management - 2 1/2
years
This programme covers all
subjects vital to students who are seeking to develop a
successful management career in the hotel and catering
industry. Key elements include Food and Beverage
Management, Rooms Division Management and Housekeeping
Management. Students who have successfully completed
this course will receive a Swiss Higher Diploma in
Hospitality Management, as well as an American Hotel &
Lodging Association (AH&LA) Diploma (optional).
Higher Diploma in Events Management - 2 1/2 years
This programme is designed for students, who in their
third year, wish to specialize in events management with
a view to entering this dynamic sector. Key elements
include Event Project Planning and Management, Meetings,
incentive and Conference Markets.
Higher Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management - 2 1/2
years
This programme is designed for students, who in their
third year, wish to specialize in tourism management
with a view to being part of the global travel and
tourism industry. Key elements include Tourism
development, Business Travel and Tourism, Destination
Studies (delivered through a series of field trips).

class (10+2) with good grades & English placement test
